Tasked with renovating building 70 D-Wing, Richard faced the challenge of meeting the high expectations of a long-term client while ensuring minimal disruption to hospital operations. The project involved increasing office space and constructing new meeting rooms to facilitate confidential discussions on sensitive topics.
